时光行至年末,回望 2025 年,这是一个值得被认真记录的年份。
这一年,我们在不确定性中前行,在复杂环境中坚持专业判断,也在持续变化的全球保险与风险管理格局中,再一次确认了 HSC 的定位与方向。
更重要的是,新的一年即将开启,HSC China 正式迈入第十个年头。十年,是一个值得敬畏的时间刻度,也是一段需要被重新定义的起点。

回望这一年:在变化中保持定力
过去一年,对整个保险与金融服务行业而言,并不轻松。宏观环境反复、监管持续演进、客户需求快速分化,所有机构都在被迫做出选择:是追逐短期规模,还是坚持长期价值。
HSC 选择了后者。
这一年,我们持续深耕高端医疗保险、国际再保险、跨境风险管理与专业咨询服务,在多个核心市场稳步推进业务布局。我们与长期合作伙伴之间的信任进一步加深,也有新的国际客户选择将复杂且高要求的业务交由 HSC 负责。
在外部认可层面,HSC 获得了多项国际奖项与行业肯定。这些荣誉并非终点,而是对团队专业能力、服务标准与治理水平的阶段性验证。
但比奖项更重要的,是我们在这一年里没有偏离初心:
不以规模掩盖风险,不以速度牺牲质量,不以短期利益透支长期信誉。

As we approach the end of the year, 2025 stands out as a year worth reflecting upon.
Over the past twelve months, we have navigated uncertainty with discipline, upheld professional judgment amid complexity, and reaffirmed HSC’s positioning and direction within an evolving global insurance and risk management landscape.
More importantly, a new year is about to begin. HSC China is entering its tenth year of operation.
Ten years is both a milestone deserving respect and a starting point that calls for renewed definition.
Looking Back: Maintaining Conviction in Times of Change
The past year has not been an easy one for the insurance and financial services industry. Macroeconomic volatility, evolving regulatory frameworks, and increasingly segmented client needs have compelled every institution to make a choice: pursue short-term scale, or remain committed to long-term value.
HSC has chosen the latter.
Throughout the year, we continued to deepen our expertise in high-end medical insurance, international reinsurance, cross-border risk management, and professional advisory services, steadily advancing our presence across key markets. Trust with long-standing partners has further strengthened, while new international clients have entrusted HSC with complex and high-standard mandates.
Externally, HSC received several international awards and industry recognitions. These honours are not an end in themselves, but rather a validation of our team’s professional capability, service standards, and governance practices.
More important than any accolade, however, is the fact that we have remained true to our principles:
We do not obscure risk with scale, sacrifice quality for speed, or trade long-term credibility for short-term gain.
